The hotel is intimate and very quiet, where you can rest in a very good conditions or you prepare the documents for the next day if you're in the service mission.Breakfast is diversified and served in terms of unobjectionable cleaning. |

As an almost frequest guest, I am offered the same room or an identical room on another floor (with apologies). I find it very nice. The hotel is quiet, although near one of the biggest centres. As the general concept is very much acceptable, it would be silly to nag about things like - fruit drink too sweet ... |

location; it is close to Gare du Nord (10 minutes on foot), metro stop Rogier is just accross the street as well as Rue Neuve!:-), good breakfast, nice staff, the hotel has a character of its own funny smell in the rooms |

In the hall way there is a not clearly marked a few steps down.Older travellers might easily fall down. |

The rooms were a little bit older and might be renovated. The window was facing a large hotel backside - so not a nice outlook. The breakfast was great and fare. Personnel was friendly and helpful. |

the breakfast and the central location were great yes. the whole corridor smelt of cigarettes even though i was promised they would not if i took a smoking room. the decor is very shabby and and quite depressing. my shower did not work. the toilet didn't flush. |
