Hotel reception area looked good

Rooms very small, dark and needed up dating. Linen / bedding needed renewing, Breakfast - food was not replenished quick enough, did not appear to be enough food for number of guests. Reception staff could have been more helpful when aranging a taxi. No breakfast facilities offered on day of departure when we had an early start.

I was given a room that I had to access through the car park. This is
not in the same class aas a 4* hotel in the uk. The room decor was old
and tired and made the room pear dirty. The rate I paid reflected the
standard of hotel, and was not the good price I was expexting

Fairly aged in decoration. However, not unpleasant.

Smart modern hotel. Bed very comfortable

Room would benefit from air conditioning. The fan was inadequate on hot nights.

It was a pretty 'posh' place, but inspite of my daughter and I being
rather scuffily dressed we were welcomed warmly by the staff who were
all very friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable and the
breakfast was lovely. Excellent value for money

It did get a bit hot in the room.

Great Location from the train station & main square.

No Air-con! Very hot and still, had a fan but just moved the 30 degree heat around the room.

Not sure how this hotel has a 4 star rating as there were no extra's
(even bottled water) to be had. The carpet was stained and attracted
dirt and there was an dusty smell to the room, the 'well' of the hotel
(outside our window on the 2nd floor) was full of rubbish. The staff
appeared embarrassed when I mentioned these things to them, so I did
leave a letter for the management.

good service at the front desk and very good breakfast with pleny of choice.

Paper thin walls..sound from other rooms was terrible with people calling out from one room to the next ..and we were inbetween. In fact we asked people in the room next door to lower their very loud voices about 5.30 in the morning!

Two adjoining rooms for two adults and two children, although one had no window. Excellent breakfast and spacious restaurant. Comfortable foyer and seating areas. Great location - only five minutes from the Grand Place and many bars and restaurants.

No air-conditioning in the rooms which made the heat build up very early despite windows wide open. Fans in the rooms would have been helpful.
