Golden Tulip Hotel De Reiskoffer, a former monastery, was rebuilt to a modern 4-star hotel and is quietly located within forest surroundings.

Situated close to historic cities such as Breda, Roosendaal and Bergen Op Zoom, the hotel offers 56 spacious and quietly situated rooms, 12 multifunctional conference rooms, a wellness room, a cozy brasserie and an authentic chapel where delicious dishes are served. Despite being surrounded by forestry, the hotel is situated only a kilometer from the motorway.This is an ideal hotel for business conferences, festive meetings and weekend trips.

Golden Tulip Hotel De Reiskoffer has an excellent and cozy bar/restaurant for a culinary meeting with acquaintances, friends or family. You are very welcome for a cup of coffee, a business lunch, an extensive dinner or a drink. The restaurant is open from 07:00 until 22:00 and the bar is open until 00:45.

A buffet-style breakfast is served in the hotel's authentic chapel on weekdays from 07:00 until 09:30 and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 until 10:30.

On Sunday the restaurant will be open from 14.00.

The restaurant is accessible for disabled guests.

During the summer time, it is also possible to enjoy your dinner or drink on the large terrace.

The size of the room

The bathroom and furniture was rather basic. TV way to far from the bed. Tiles in the bathroom was covered with 'schimmel'.

Good staff, easy to park, room was big

Room was cold (middle of summer), the 'free' internet access didn't work in my room, probably because it was so far from the main building. The rooms are separate from the hotel so when it rains (most of the time in Holland) and you don't have a brolly could be a pain.

Het was een zeer ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was voldoende, erg lekker en werd constant aangevuld.

Ik vond de badkamer echt erg vies, de voegen waren helemaal bruin en zag er allemaal heel erg verouderd uit. Het regende erg hard en dan is het niet fijn als je in een ander gebouw slaapt, 's morgens voor het ontbijt moesten we door de regen rennen. Ik vond de foto's en beschrijving van het hotel er ook allemaal veel beter uit zien dan het daadwerkelijk was.

Rust + grote kamer positief; verder bijzonder overzichtelijk.Ontbijt ook goed; bijzondere ruimte waarin we ontbeten (vroegere kapel) gaf bijzonder effect. En behulpzaam personeel

De douche en toiletruimte was wel proper volgens ons maar tegels en sanitair zagen niet uit; ook de vloerbedekking op de gangen mocht wel een keer gereinigd worden.

Ruime kamer mét terras. Waterkoker voor eventueel koffie of thee. Royaal met schone handdoeken.

Properheid badkamer, voegen in het douchegedeelte, waren beschimmeld ( zwart ) Een 'matig' uitgebreide menu kaart ( vooral als je niet van vis houd ) Daarintegen was het eten goed en zag er verzorgd uit.
