Hotel “Amelie” Berlin is your accommodation in the heart of Berlin, close to Friedrichstrasse and the new central train station. Our rates and location provide you with the luxury of an affordable, central Berlin hotel - and you will also save money and time travelling. We provided our guests all the support they need. Take full advantage of the hotel’s fabulous city centre location, close to the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag building, Friedrichstadtpalast and Deutsche Theater, Museum Insel and Lindenoper, Humboldt University und Charite. The hotel is just 300m (1000 ft) from the major railway station Berlin-Friedrichstrasse. Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, Ku'damm, Messe Berlin or Berlin Zoo can be reached in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. During our daily tea-time from 17:00 to 20:00 we offer tea and coffee free of charge. We aim to make your stay in the heart of Berlin an unforgettable, delightful experience.

Numerous commuter train (S-Bahn), subway (U-Bahn), tram and bus lines are just a short walk away from the Reinhardstrasse. For example: S-Bahn Friedrichstrasse, U-Bahn Friedrichstrasse, tram number M1,12, bus number 147 and TXL . We are just 300 m (1000 ft) from the major railway station, Berlin-Friedrichstrasse. Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, Ku'damm, Messe Berlin or Berlin Zoo can be reached in approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

The hotel was absolutely great!!! Very centrally located, lots of shops, clubs and restaurants nearby. I arrived at Friedrichstrasse train station and walked in less than 5 min to the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with all kinds of information. Modern clean and bright rooms in a typical historic Berlin-building. Highly recommended!

The hotel was central and very easy to reach. Some of the rooms were very nice (not mine, actually). Breakfast was varied and very good and the possibility of having a cup of tea and biscuits in the afternoon is very pleasant.

My room was rather small for 2 people and the room service was quite poor.

Great location; walking distance from main station and close to lots of the sights. Rooms are neat but very simple.

No free Internet, but it's close to a cheap net cafe.

The hotel is very central to rail stations with access to the airport. It is a simple functional hotel that is clean. Rooms are attended each day. A good buffet breakfast is available. Staff very helpful - I was able to get an adaptor from the reception for a three pin plug.

within walking distance of the main railway station and all the main tourist sights. great location. good breakfast. cup of tea or coffee and biscuits available for free in the dining room in the late afternoon.

our room looked out onto the main street and was very noisy with the windows opened - would not be a problem in cooler months.

Excellent location near to Friedrichstrasse Bahnhof and txl bus line.

Reception unattended and breakfast unavailable until 7:30 am on a Monday. Not a hotel for early risers or those who need an early checkout.
