Situated directly on the legendary Alexanderplatz in the historic centre of Berlin, the Hotel Agon offers its guests a discovery tour through the most dynamic district of the capital.

In recent years, the districts of Mitte, Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg have come to represent the "new Berlin“. In close proximity to the city’s tallest landmark, the television tower, countless bars, cafés, trendy boutiques and extravagant galleries invite you to linger or shop.

Our 158 guest rooms are newly renovated and modern. In addition to generous single and double rooms (30 m² in size) and junior suites (67 m² in size with 2 separate areas), we also offer family apartments with separate bedrooms. Long-term stays are possible.

The renowned Alexanderplatz lies in close proximity to the hotel.

Important information

We would be happy to provide you with tips concerning restaurants and city tours. Tickets for concerts and theatre can be booked through the hotel, and we can also reserve you a table at a restaurant on request. Tickets for city tours (in all languages) and boat trips on the lakes, rivers and canals of Berlin can be booked, as well as guided museum tours (Charlottenburg Castle, Dahlem Museum, National Gallery, Pergamon Museum, Bode Museum etc.).

Breakfast is fine but be warned,it's not bacon ,sausage etc but cheese and cold meat.

Breakfast provided was good. The food was fresh and plentiful.

Rooms were a bit dated, although comfortable.

Large, bright room

Reception staff were neither friendly nor helpful. There was no food on site outside of breakfast hours...not even snacks at the bar. The entrance was stark and not safe looking, especially in the evening.

The hotel is near to the city-center. The staff helps us, but not excesively..

I think, the price per room is expensive, The breakfast is normal-medium. The room was clean, but the bathroom is smal. It doesn´t have mini-bar, but it has a cook, that we don´t need.
