Staff were very friendly and helpful. general look and feel of teh hotel and rooms is very good.

No duvet available in room I stayed in for 1st 2 nights - very cold without it!!. Extra pillows for bed . Shower in room 319 splashed water all over teh place and damaged my mobile phone temporarily ( why cant bath area be fully enclosed with a door to prevent water going on floor and everywhere else?) .

A beautiful hotel in a nice area surrounded by good restaurants. One of the best 3 star hotels in Spain.

There was some building work going on which started at 8am, so the chances of a lie in were slim. Still, this doesn't detract from the hotel itself.

The service and location was fine Clean and tidy. Modern rooms.

There was a bad smell of drains in the room, if I had been staying any longer i would of asked to be moved as this was very off putting. I would not go back there because of this.

Everyone was pleasant and hotel was central. Staff, on arrival, gave very good maps and a bus tour information. Felt very at ease.

Room was air-conditioned. 10 min walk to metro station.

bathroom did smell due to city sewer, breakfast expensive . not much atmosphere at hotel but then we were only there to sleep and to enjoy the city.

Great modern rooms with a deco touch, nice little pool with view over rooftops. Air-con lovely and cool!

Insufficient front desk staff, and perhaps need some more training, they also seemed a little tired to really answer our questions, not once did I see a smile. The lift stopped between floors while we were in it and then both stopped working altogether, a walk of 8 floors downstairs.

Was attending a course at Hospital Clinic which is very nearby. However, for tourists the area must be reffered to as quite sleepy. The hotel was very nice, clean, adequate sized bedrooms, and very friendly and serviceminded staff. Without beeing too expensive - a good deal...
