The location of the hotel - close to transport routes and attractions. Very friendly and helpful owner - made a real effort to ensure that we had what we needed. All day breakfast bar was an excellent feature too. |

The owner/staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful and accomodating (early check-in!). The location was excellent, quiet, clean. Food was great (and always available). A couple blocks away we rented bikes (Mac Bikes), took a bike countryside tour (Mike's Bikes). Perfect way to end our vacation. Hotel Adolesce has great character! The room smelled slightly of smoke, but with the open window we adjusted quickly. As in many places, the toilet in separate room from the sink to wash your hands. Otherwise, a wonderful, perfect spot. |

24 hours self service bar snacks during our stay, there is construction works undergoing outside the hotel in the morning, serves like a wake-up call!!!!!!! Steep & narrow stairs could be a challenge to those with heavy luggage esp if you are living on the fourth floor. |

Well, the hotel is very close to Waterloo Plein metro station which is very handy to get from or back to "Amsterdam Centraal". Situated 5min from Rembrandt Plein(good place to be for the night out with a few museums around). The Hotel offer a 24h breakfast which is for sure nice after a night out =) and the room was nice,clean and comfy... |

When I book a hotel I look for the 3c’s clean, convenient and cleanliness. This hotel ticked all. Epically liked the food and drink to yourself to coffee without asking. Close to the city centre yet quite. The owner takes great pride in his hotel and it shows. The hotel retains the character of a Dutch house, yes there are steep steps but that adds, so many hotels are bland chains…enjoy! |

there wasnt anything wrong with the hotel at all, but beware of the staircase to the rooms. they are virtually vertical. there is a bannister on both sides to pull yourself up with, so this was not a problem for me or my girlfriend, but may be hazardous to others or the elderly. |

The all-day breakfast was great, the room was huge, clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was in quite a good location for the price; close to tram and metro stop. There is construction going on at the Hermitage Museum across the canal and we were woken by a jackhammer very early in the morning. |

Very cosy room. Very good location. Juice, tea, snaks, fruits all day long is a great idea. Very helpful staff. All facilities are avaliable, including free umbrellas and cards with different discounts. The hotel is quite and cosy. Rooms are clean. Canal view. Two sweet white cats at reception.
For some people steep stairs will be a minus. |

Quiet area, nice room. Centre easily accessible by walking or public transport. You can help yourself to tea, coffee and snacks at anytime of the day. No lift and narrow stairs, so can be a problem with a large suitcase, but you only do that on arrival and departure. |
