it is clean and the service is good, breakfast is ok, the mattresses are way to soft. you can't open the windows |

It's close to the fashion centre. You stop serving food at 10.30 when a large number of customers from Landmark needed to eat. The staff were awkward and inconsistent about cooking. A few got chips others didn't. Not good. |

Nice and clean hotel not too far from the city, good communications In front of the hotel is a big construction-site, not a very nice view from the window, plus a lot of noise during work hours. |

The parking is convenient and resonably priced
There is a large building site opposite the hotel and the piledriver starts at 7.30am.

The breakfast in the hotel was very good. A broken fire door in the corridor outside my room loudly slammed shut every time someone used it. This kept me awake at night and woke me early in the morning. This should have been repaired as a matter of priority. The was no separate room or lock up to keep luggage. This is a useful service for those on weekend trips who wish to make the most of a few hours before their onward journey. |
