Hotel de Munck is located in a peaceful area within the charming centre of Amsterdam.

The hotel is situated near several tram lines, within walking distance from the important museums, pleasant shopping streets and busy markets such as Waterloo plein and Albert Cuyp.

We serve a large buffet-style Dutch breakfast in the cheerful dining room which reflects a musical atmosphere reminiscent of the sixties. The nightlife is close-by with options as the bustling Leidseplein, Rembrandtplein, the Holland Casino, Carré and the Music theater. The hotel is also conveniently located in regard to the RAI and the World Trade Centre.

The atmosphere was great - the owner and staff were very friendly. The location was good and it was quiet, except for the other guests coming in late and noisily. The breakfast was good and sustaining.

There is no facility for making a hot drink. The beds were only pulled up each day and not made. There was no soap in the rooms.

Quite expensive for such hotel. Could be more clean. Answering yes next question if price was lower!

We liked the ambiance. The owner was really friendly and we felt comfortable in and outside of our room. Our little dog also felt very welcome.

Très bien situé proche arrêt Tram 4, sur zone calme. Beaucoup de charme. Ambiance familliale sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner inclus.

Das Hotel hat Charisma: ein altes Haus, Stuckarbeiten in den Zimmern, ein Frühstücksraum, der mit Elvis und Rolling Stones Postern geschmückt ist ... sehr retro und sehr gemütlich! Gute Verkehrsanbindung ins Zentrum. Als 2Stern Hotel wirklich top - auch das Frühstück war umfangreich. Und: man spricht deutsch

WC und Dusche waren in einem sehr engen Raum - Waschbecken im Zimmer - nicht ideal gelöst.
