It was during IBC, so prices are high everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and in a good location. Very satisfied overall. |

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is good - walking distance to the center but distant enough to escape crowds. Staff member on arrival seemed friendly and helpful. Despite being clean and comfortable, the room is small. Not a problem for me since all I intended to do there was sleep, but if you are into cat-swinging, not the the place for you. A coffee-shop across the street means that there can be a bit of chatter into the night - although nothing that cannot be blocked with ear-plugs. Staff member on departure seemed a little on the grumpy side. |

Room size was like a cabinet. Tv was not working. Location map was not given. Reaching there took almost one hour from Amsterdam Central station. |

Very good localization, friendly staff and great room for the location. Rooms number 35 (double) and 38 (quadruple) are big enoough to a have a pleasant overnight! |

the central location I booked 2 no smoking rooms, but at the hotel they offered 1 room smooking and 1 no smooking; I don't like surcharge applied on credit card payment (even if it was declared on the website) |

Staff was good....service was good.... i liked the common area and bar too..And most important breakfast was really filling.. Room was much smaller for the price i paid.... rest everything was good. |

The man in charge of the staff had a very nice sense of humor and helped carry our luggage down a very steep spiral staircase they have. I would have liked to have cheaper access to the internet. |

well positioned for centre of amsterdam. breakfast was good. although the room we booked was described as "small" a better description would be "very small" and the bed was only a three quarter size so it was a good job we are slim people! |

Breakfast I did not appreciate having to change rooms during out stay where we went from twin beds to sharing a double bed that was no bigger than a single bed - yet still had to pay the same rate. |
