I have only spent time there for sleep but what I really liked was the "cozy" feeling i had in my room. Also the very friendly staff. Yes, the lack of the hairdryer (sorry if they could provide one at the reception i forgot to ask :P ) |

friendly staffs. there is a rat in the room. no internet connection in the room as advertised. smelly carpet in the room. extremely limited choice on breakfast, better to not include breakfast and reduce the room rates. |

Breakfast was included, Centrally Located. Not only is the internet not available in the entire hotel, it wasnt even available in the hotel at all, I was asked to go to the hotel next door (which is in the same company) to get my internet. Also, there were rats scurrying about the room at random times and insects that looked like cockroaches within feet of the kitchens. There were exposed electrical outlets in the room. I could go on. |

The location (close to Central Station and Dam Square) was good. Morning cocoa and pastries. It had a lift, versus steep narrow steps up to reception lobby (like the hotel next door) The room was not a place to come back to to relax in. Very expensive and more so for "off-season" (end of Sept) and for a 3 star hotel. No wash cloths, no space for luggage. Bathroom was a comedy. |

Location of the hotel was excellent... On foot you can go everywhere in Amsterdam The furniture and the rooms are not in good conditions... Old furnitures... |

The staff was very polite and helpfull The hotel was not very clean and they didnt change the sheets every day.Also the blankets and pillows were dirty |

24h reception and restaurant downstairs They advertise internet-wifi in all rooms, but that is just not true! When I arrived they told me that they have internet only in the restaurant downstairs and when I went to try this out, no connection worked whatsoever, not good, as I needed internet for work :-( |

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. We liked the fact that there was a 24 hour reception as it felt secure and was good for us since we had to check out early in the morning We were given 2 single beds despite booking a double room. Also, the water didn't drain away properly in the shower |
