Very good localization, friendly staff and great room for the location.
Rooms number 35 (double) and 38 (quadruple) are big enoough to a have a
pleasant overnight!

I booked 2 no smoking rooms, but at the hotel they offered 1 room smooking and 1 no smooking; I don't like surcharge applied on credit card payment (even if it was declared on the website)

well positioned for centre of amsterdam. breakfast was good.

although the room we booked was described as "small" a better description would be "very small" and the bed was only a three quarter size so it was a good job we are slim people!

-it was on a perfect place (close to the center + good use of public transport)

-room was were small and wery much worn out; no vegetables were available at breakfast; staff was on phone instead of serving quests

We were very unhappy with this hotel, the location was not as good as I thought it was from reading the reviews, graffiti on the wall, dark badly lit road. Entrance to the hotel was shabby and carpet threadbare. Reception was not friendly, never spoke to us as we checked in as it was late at night 9pm and dark when we arrived to this new city a welcoming word or advice where to go would have been pleasant. We had requested a double room on my booking and we were given a twin room, so we asked to be moved, we were given a double room but it was awful, very cramped you could open both arms and touch both sides of the room it was like a box very claustrophic, the toilet was about the size of the toilets of the airplane your knees touched the door when you sat down., There was not a picture on the wall just bare, no tea/coffee making facilities. This hotel is basic low budget type accomm, lacks any warmth or atmousphere. We checked out the next morning. I would definitly not recommend this hotel.

Quadruple room is great value for money, 4 single beds just like picture and room felt larger once we were actually in it

great bathroom/shower (bath worthy!)

quad room is in basement, but you could not tell by the decor, and we actually had to turn down the heat because it was too hot.
