Everything was perfect. Good location ( very nice neighborhood, connection with the city centre and the museums), friendly atmosphere, comfortable clean room, great breakfast and very good price. |

It is very close to the Amsterdam RAI, the international exhibition hall. The room is too.... small. And befor I was there, I cannot find the related information about the room size on the website. |

Being close to the center of the city, also close to De Pijp, with all its cafes and bars and the market. The Sarphati Park just across the street was very nice also. The smallness of the rooms... Okay for two nights, but I stayed six, and it became a little claustrophobic after a while... |

Good breakfast, clean room with all facilities, available staff. Position: 5 min to the center by tram in front of the hotel, museums on foot. Room was quite tiny. We had to pay cash for the whole stay at our arrival (Credit card payment required 4% extra commission!). |

Friendly staff did their best to answer your questions and problems. Breakfast varied and nutritious. Breakfast hours could have started earlier; 9 am on the weekend is not early enough for conference attendees with programmes that start at 8:00 am. Size of room very small for two persons. On arrival wished to cancel 4th night of stay, but was refused being told that longer notice was needed. Information about departing earlier than reserved and claiming refund needs to be clarified at time of booking. |

No tea making facilities - really missed having a hot drink when we got back to our room, day or night, but great hotel and apart from that could not be faulted. |

nice and clean, friendly staff very noisy rooms, could hear the toilet next door flushing and people talking, room door does not close properly and after cleaning of the room the doors to the balcony where left open whilst a notebook was sitting on the desk. |
