The staffs are very friendly and easy to talk to.

The room was so small that I couldn't relax at all. If you just sleep in the room, it's OK.

Location in a good and quiet district. Good breakfast. Clean room.

The hotel is very well located - easy walking distance to all major
attractions - close to museums, canals, great neighborhoods. Also very
easy to access trams from. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, and
the free breakfast was a great benefit to have.

The staff wasn't very helpful at times - when I wanted to rent a bike
they only referred me to a rental company they had a partnership
with, not the closest bike rental (which was also cheaper, which I
found on my own).

good location (if you have a rented bike), comfortable, clean room for a good price, it was nice to have a computer with internet down stairs

breakfast was noisy, clanking plates woke me up each morning. earplugs would have solved this.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good location, if you don't mind walking... beautiful (but long) walks to the city center. Great value.

Great location - ideally placed for the places I wanted to visit, plus easy access to trams and the canals.

Bed was too small to be comfortable, plus the room felt somewhat on the small side generally.

Direction on teh website. Didn't explain to me well how close it was to the centre or otehr attractions. I thought it was very far from the centre but waspleasantly surprised to see hw easy it was to get around.

The hospitality, everybody was pleasant and the guy at the reception was very helpful. The dining area was clean and neat, there is also a massive fish tank with beautiful fish.

The steps to go to the 3rd floor were very narrow. It was fine with us but I would not recommend the top room to someone that has some difficulties with the mobility.

Very poor value for money. The room and hotel facilities are very basic - poor quality products and towels in bathroom and poor quality bed linen. Poor quality breakfast. In this day and age, the internet access was far too expensive, connection only available with a prepaid card. No bar or lounge facilities, no tea/coffee facilities, no mini bar and no room service.
