The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They helped me switch rooms with no problems, even moving my bags since I was out during the transfer. My first double room was too small for my needs but clean; the second was very reasonable in size with a nice tub. The location of the hotel was ideal. I would recommend it. One thing that bothered me was that room keys were left at the front desk when you went out, and when you reclaimed them, they didn't ask for ID...meaning anyone could get your room key if they asked for it. Also, breakfast seemed complimentary but was actually an extra charge of 7 euros per meal. Noise travels easily it seemed and there was a lot of loud yelling on my last night in the halls. |

Although the area was not in the central, there were many clubs and pubs around there. The city centre was 10-15 min on foot and there is easy access to the tram. The staff at the reception was really helpful giving info on were to go and how. The room was very small. Watch your step at the stairs (tiny steps). |

The location is excellent. You are in reach of almost everything, tramps, cafes, rest, shopping center. It a hotel where you come just to take a shower and sleep. The staff were very freindly The hotel is old, very compact, rooms are small, like japanese tyle room size. The room i stayed in had a problem in the hand shower, you need to hold it at all the time when taking a shower. Phone is not working, internet is not working inside the room. |
