Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk, easy to find, free electronic safe in room, big lockers for luggage in reception. The old features (e.g. staircases) are also nice. The room was fine but the bed was a little soft and it was easy to hear people in the coridors. We thought a good effort was being made to improve the place but it seemed like the hotel had been previously neglected. Also, they've gone a bit over the top with the 'To' branding! |

Our room was great, the bar, bar food, breakfast until 10.30am were all very good. Late check out was useful too. I asked to borrow a hairdryer, it was a very basic/travel hairdryer - I will take my own next time as I would prefer a good hair dresser style hairdryer to be available as I have long hair. My hair didnt dry off with the one loaned to me by the hotel. |

it was clean, hotel staff was friendly and helpful The room was very basic, the beds were not very good quality, the wardrobes looked like in military service. We could hear every move of the neighbours. |

Style and design of the common spaces It was impossible to get a hair-dryer in 3 days. The standard of the room was low for the category of the hotel (even if in Amsterdam this is quite common). |

super hotel! waisenhaus aus dem 19.jh., tolle alte bausubstanz, perfekte kombination aus altem (empfang! stiegen!) mit super modernem design (deko, zimmer! einrichtung! fußböden! bad!). gratulation dem architekten. lage sehr gut, anbindung an öffentl.verkehrsmittel sehr gut, zentrumsnah. ich hatte eines der ganz neuen, zweigeschossigen zimmer. ganz ganz tolle optik. um 100% perfekt zu sein fehlen nur kosmetiktücher im badezimmer. und um den eindruck noch perfekter zu machen, hätte ich mir beim frühstück etwas ähnlich außergewöhnliches gewünscht, wie das ganze hotel erscheint (angebot, deko,...). |

we hadden een splinternieuwe kamer waar we de eerste waren die in die kamer sliepen dus dat was uitstekend de airco werkte nog niet en er waren te weinig stopcontacten |

最初一番安い部屋に泊まりましたが屋根裏部屋のようでとても狭かったです他の部屋に変更したらそちらは良かったです 町中から離れているため静かに過ごしたい方には向いていると思います |
