The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Hotel was located very close to museums. Rooms were very small and bathroom extremely small. Hotel renovations not complete. |

The Hotel is in the heart of Amsterdam. The breakfast was excellent. The Hotel was good. Although we had unrenovated roomes, I felt that the room quality and cleanliness was good. The Hotel is good value for money, and an excellent location for a short stay in Amsterdam! Thanks |

The location of the hotel is very good. The room which I had is under all criticism! It was dirty, smelly and the bathroom was really nasty having mould on the ceiling |

Very centrally located - easy to find. One particular member of the hotel staff was rather rude, looking down his nose at us. He refused to believe some friends we were travelling with us had booked an expensive room (even though the hotel had made a mistake) and told us not to complain even before we had said anything! |
