it is a nice hotel does what it says. Lack of air conditioning, which I was aware about. Towel sizes, not big enough for a person. |

Location is good, close to everything. About 25 minute walk from the central station. Taking a shower was slow as the shower head had water coming out only from the outer ring, nothing from the center (no holes). |

I liked the size of the room and bathroom. I also liked the location of the Hotel, it was in very close proximity to everywhere I wanted to go. |

Able to check in early Poor service received shower didnt work properly reported problem and waited for over an hour no one came to sort out. Had to go out without having a shower. Mentioned problem again when leaving to Reception staff and was advised by a very brusk lady that it would be dealt with when we were out!!! |

The central location made getting around town a breeze. The great fruit stand across the street didn't hurt. The maid service was poor and reception was slow at best to produce any necessities such as towels and toilet paper. That's right, after our maid "cleaned " our room we were left without towels or toilet paper for hours. No A/C..... |

Location was good We had specifically asked for a double bed but instead got twin beds instead. We had specified this weeks in advance and were guaranteed by 'booking.com' that this would not be a problem. When we get to the hotel we are told that there is no way of getting a double bed. Very poor customer service. |

It was in a convenient location The hotel facilities were closed in the evening of the 30th December. The restaurant was meant to be open until 4pm and started throwing food away at 3pm, which meant that we could not eat in the hotel. Tax was paid in addition to the bill, which was not clear when we booked the hotel. It was perceived the the hotel cost covered everything. |
