the free parking was very good. nice breakfast. good location near canal and fairly close to metro although in zone 4 out of amsterdam still easy to get in/out. the plasma tv didn't work as they were having reception problems. The shower was difficult to stand in as quite rounded bath. the shower was difficult to control as attached to the wall. water was very hot nearly scalded myself. |

The position of the hotel: close to the park to take a walk with our dogs and close to the metro. There were absolutely friendly to our two dogs. They should work on their cleanliness in the morning: There were too many flies - only at breakfast time - with all things - bread, sousage, cheese - uncovered. |

Comfortable and clean The check in service was poor, and the restaurant service even worse. The food was acceptable although many dishes ran out at the buffet bar and the guests had to ask for refills. |

very quiet actual distance from amsterdam central and the staff on reception basically trying to take money from both our credit cards for the room as they made a mistake with my brothers |

We were on a lacrosse tour, so played lacrosse matches both days at Sportlaan in Amsterdam. In the evenings we went out in town. |

Nice Location Room Service was very poor, also we asked for extra pillows and was told they did not have any, I would assume they must have spares, also we booked room service and I was told that our meal would be 1/2 hour wait after 45 minutes I went down to ask where it was and was told that they had been calling our room for 15 mins I told them that the telephone was not working so food was cold, and was not |

Loved the free parking and access to the subway. Nice staff. toilet didn't flush. We called in a complaint about this yet it wasn't resolved. Bathroom didn't seem very clean. |
