Too far from the airport.

This hotel is not close to the airport, it is about a 25 minute drive (with no traffic) so I wouldn't class this as an "airport hotel" It is not in the city so very far from everything. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel so if you arrive late there is no food to eat!

It was not a bad drive into Rome, and the beach was not far away at all. The breakfast buffet was nice, the rooms, restrooms and hotel common areas were clean, and there was secure parking.

There was not a shuttle service to Rome, but there was public transportation near by.

Clean quiet room

I requested a shuttle from the airport but nothing. The television in the room wasn't working.

It was rather close to the airport and I thought the communication with getting airport transportation of a driver was helpful. I also liked the restaurant down the street in walking distance they recommended.

I did not like the location, it had grafitti all around the neighborhood and I did not feel safe. The staff was not helpful with explaining how my room key worked, I had to ask three times for someone to help me. I requested a wake up call so I would not miss my early AM flight and they never called and was awoke by them telling me my driver was waiting and I had 5 mins to pack & get to airport.

Cleanliness of room. Quality of towels, sheets. Addition of slippers. Easy to get into Rome by bus/subway. Helpfulness of staff.

Not really. A swimming pool would have been ideal.

The staff neglected to tell us of a time change the night we stayed in Rome and we got up one hour too early to catch the Taxi. We went down to catch the Taxi at what we thought was 4am and found out it was actually only 3am. We could have slept another hour if someone had told us the time was changing that night.

There were no hot waters in the bath and it took an hour until they were available; Despite the fact I specifically ordered a triple bed option, there were only 2 beds when we checked-in and only after we complained and 45 mins, the hotel brought into the room another bed

Good prices,clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was the best we had on the trip which was included

Thought they would have their own transfer to the airport

Very well appointed and very clean...new bathrooms

We would not consider this hotel close to the airport 50 euro taxi ride and no shuttle....was not on taxi GPS....took 30 mins in traffic...but they said it was 8 miles
