This hotel is AA approved. It offers a selection of rooms from dedicated disabled rooms to family rooms and an Executive Work zone for our business guests. All rooms feature telephones & modem points along with en-suite bath & shower. We also have a welcoming 24 hour reception.

The friendliness of the staff

Although we booked for four persons the room had only been set up for three and the main doube bed was as uncomfortable as any i have slept on in a long time.

No charge for my cats! A £10 per pet extra charge makes a big difference to the room price. I only had one short night in the hotel en route from Tiree to Somerset and for this purpose it was an excellent choice . Tea making facilities saved time which would otherwise be spent having breakfast and allowed for an excuse to stop for breakfast at Tebay!

I would not stay in a hotel however comfortable and welcoming for a holiday which is located in a motorway filling station area even when it would be easy to get away into the country.A few single rooms might be more economical for you. I occupied a room wwhich could have housed three.

Convenience as a journey break, welcoming atmosphere

It would have been useful to me to be able to pay for a little time on the internet (internet cafe style) I couldn't make use of the wireless access in the rooms as I did not have a laptop with me
