1) Excellent location, for City centre and my cousin in Kallithea - walking distance!
2) Usually reliable facilities, attentive cheerful dining room staff.
3) We have stayed there for days at a time 2 - 3 times a year since about 2001. We are regular loyal customers. The dining staff recognise and greet us, I am not sure that the front desk has a system for identifying loyal returning guests as opposed to people visiting once.

1) Hot water system failed, management did not inform guests nor issue a general apology. They would not indicate the expected duration of the repairs when we enquired. In the end normal service returned after a few hours (lost from mid afternoon to early evening). On previous visits services have all run smoothly so I accept the occasional hiccup but the management could do better at keeping guests informed.
2) Bar prices are marked up disappointingly heavily,3 gin and tonics weighed in at a hefty 31.5 Euros, for that the local supermarket will sell you two 75cl bottles of Tanqueray gin and still leave you change.

Läget var utmärkt, nära till Akropolis och Plaka.

Minibaren var hutlöst dyr. 6 Euro för en liten flaska vatten.

Hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk en correct. Bij problemen zoeken ze onmiddellijk een oplossing. Kamer was heel net en voldoende groot. Het eten was er lekker.

洗面所やお風呂が広々していて快適でした。ハンドシャワーのあるのがありがたかったです。お部屋も比較的コンパクトながら使いやすく落ち着いて過ごせました。一階ロビーが広くてゆっくりくつろげました。屋上のルーフガーデンは素晴らしかったです。

強いて言えばソファが古びていてクッションがイマイチでした。あとはお部屋に湯沸かしポットがあったら快適度ぐんとアップだったのに…と思いました。
