Completely renovated in 2008, the Hotel Tivoli Jardim is a small and friendly city hotel conveniently located on the Avenida da Liberdade, in the heart of Lisbon.

The Tivoli Jardim’s 119 guest rooms all feature bright and contemporary decor and a range of modern amenities including iPod docks and LCD televisions.

In a prime city location, the Tivoli Jardim is within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s famous sights, shopping areas, restaurants and vibrant nightlife. The hotel is conveniently close to the Metro too.

Guests can make use of leisure and other hotel facilities at the Jardim’s sister hotel, located next door.

Tivoli Jardim is a small, friendly hotel, conveniently located near Avenida da Liberdade, in the heart of the city. As it is next to the hotel Tivoli Lisboa, that shares some of its 5 stars exceptional services with his brother hotel.
Tivoli Jardim is designed both for businessmen, that will appreciate the executive facilities of the new quarters, as for tourists that visit Lisbon and may enjoy the leisure facilities, exceptional for a city hotel.
Inaugurated in 1968 and renovated in 2008.

Olivier Avenida Restaurant -
With an original, innovative and eclectic menu, the Olivier Avenida Restaurant promises to surprise the most demanding of diners. There is a contemporary and cosmopolitan atmosphere with cuisine prepared by the award-winning Chef Olivier.

07:00 to 10:30 (Breakfast).
12:30 to 15:00 (Lunch).
19:00 to 24:00 (Dinner).

Bar -
The Olivier Avenida Restaurant also has an innovative oval bar and is a great spot for a drink where you can watch dishes being prepared. Quiet areas can also be found to talk business or just relax with friends. Light meals are served throughout the day.

Area information

Lisbon can best be seen by strolling through the typical neighbourhoods of Alfama or Bairro Alto, hopping on board a tram, taking a boat along the river, or even by using Lisbon's underground, with its decorative stations, many of which are true works of art by well-known Portuguese artists.

Apart from the vast choice of museums throughout the city, a visit to Belém - west of the city - is an absolute must, with its gardens, the Torre de Belém and the Jerónimos Monastery, both classified by UNESCO as world heritage sites.

East of the city, the brand new Parque das Nações (ex-Expo'98) with a variety of leisure attractions, including the Oceanarium, widely considered to be one of the best in the world.

Location

The hotel is only for young people. The music at the breakfast room
was so loud more than a night club. For sure was not 4 star. No
facilities at all.

Newly renovated, spaciuos room, nice big lcd television, iPod dock on nightstand. ery good breakfast. It is conveniently located nearby every turistic attraction and 50m from the metro station.

Ideal location for city visit, very pleasant environment

On arrival we were not given any information about hotle facilities eg swiming pool, use of facilities at 'sister' hotel. Didn't feel that 'superior' was a very accurate description of room.

The decor was good and so was the breakfast

The bedroom and bathroom where small, and not a lot of wardrobe space, the suitcase holder made it difficult to get from the bedroom to the bathroom or just out of the room. this room would be fine for over-night stay but not for 4 day break

The sunny and complete breakfast environment, the clean design rooms (you need to add a hook in the bathrooms), the knowledgeable and helpful desk staff, the pool oasis. We were able to walk to local restaurants, metro stops, and stores with ease. Centrally located between the steep sections of the city made it easy to get around. and taxis were available when we were exhausted.

Comfotable room. Convenient location. Good breakfast.

Charge of 1euro 50c for a cup of tea or coffee in the room. Poor bathroom design - no handrails, taps very high. Safe not at all safe as it was not secured.

A beautiful hotel

The hotel was newly refurbished - some rooms didnt have drawers.The coffee making facility was an extra charge -most hotels have complimentary facilities Hairdryers were not standard

The rooms have been reburbish and the common areas are nice.The location is good

The hotel was just reopened and wasn't quite finished. The staff in was fairly inexperienced and the service in the restaurant was quite bad. The breakfast buffet was poor. The size of the single room tiny. Hairdryer missing at first. No decent hotel bar to have a drink and relax.

very modern design of the room, great location, very nice and helpful staff (e.g. my friend got a cold, they went to the chemist and didn't charge her for the medicine at all), great breakfast, beautiful outdoor pool in the garden with comfortable sun beds.

the renovation of some other floors of the hotel was desturbing a bit

Ongoing construction for upgrading made mid-afternoon nap impossible; however, I was given a letter of apology and explanation upon check-in.

the breakfast was average it would have been very good but the hot dishes were mainly warm and tea was not good
